About Me

I'm a full-spectrum doula and Newborn Care Specialist serving families in the Tri-Cities area through fertility, birth, and postpartum. My approach is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers families to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey. I am also working toward certification in Perinatal Mental Health to further support the emotional well-being of the families I serve. As a mother myself, I understand how deeply personal the journey into parenthood can be. I’m passionate about supporting and empowering families through informed choices, gentle encouragement, and nurturing care from first hope to first hold, with a special heart for women preparing for a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).

I have personally experienced one C-section and two VBACs. After my first birth, I truly felt that with more support, advocacy, education, and preparation (in other words, if I had a doula!), my experience could have been much more positive for both myself and my family.

On the drive home from the hospital with my newborn, I began researching VBACs. I wondered: Is a vaginal birth after Cesarean even possible? Like many women, I had always heard the phrase “Once a C-section, always a C-section.”

I was amazed to learn that not only was a VBAC possible, but that I, and many other women, could be excellent candidates for a TOLAC (Trial of Labor After Cesarean) in hopes of achieving a VBAC.

Every family deserves support in making the decisions that feel right for them. Whether you are preparing for a VBAC, planning a repeat Cesarean, a first-time mom, or simply seeking compassionate support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, my passion is helping families feel informed, empowered, and deeply cared for throughout their journey.
